About Mary
Hello! I bring over a decade of experience in tutoring, specializing in ACT/SAT test prep. I hold a Bachelor's degree from Texas A&M University and have been developing customized curricula for the past 5+ years. I am TPAPT ACT and SAT certified, and my students typically see impressive improvements—over 200 points on the SAT and 4+ points on the ACT.
My approach to tutoring is comprehensive, covering both essential concepts and effective strategies tailored to each student's needs. I focus on identifying and improving areas where students struggle, ensuring they build confidence and achieve their academic goals. I have extensive experience working with students from 7th to 12th grade, and I am adept at both group and one-on-one tutoring settings.
