About Ingrid
I started offering sessions to my peers in the coaching school and I've always been a coach figure to my friends.
I've been enrolled in an online course offered by the Jay Shetty School of Coaching since October 2020. I'm finishing the program now and just need to submit few more coaching sessions to my supervisor. The school certification will allow me to get accredited through the AC (Association for Coaching).
In parallel I'm studying towards my certification as a meditation facilitator.

We start with a 30 min free call to get to know each other and see if we want to work together.
If we decide we are a good fit, I'll send you an agreement for you to read and sign.
I'll ask you if you are comfortable with me recording our sessions for the sake of my certification, if you are not that's not a problem and I'll respect your wish.
I've worked with men and women 25-55 regarding a variety of topics: love relationships, career changes, family trauma/dynamics, childhood trauma.
If you are not sure this will help you just get on a free 30 min call, ask all your questions and feel the person. You'll know if it's for you.
If you don't know what to talk about exactly, don't worry, things will come up in the moment.
A Wim Hoff breathwork workshop with cold plunge made me realize the power of our breath and challenging our fears.
