About Nancy
I focus on supporting women through transitional experiences including: peri and post menopause, divorce, widowed, career change/loss and aging.
Why am I passionate? I understand the feeling of just wanting your old self back ... of wanting to feel like yourself! We do not have to feel old! I feel better now than I did when I was 35. You can too!
As a wellness coach, I recognize that every aspect of our lives impacts our health and it's my goal to help each client identify what is getting in the way so that they can move into being the dynamic woman they were meant to be!
I am a graduate of Institute for Integrative Nutrition
