About Maria

I am a life coach whose perspective is "Live and Let Live". I guide people into the truth of their desires and focus on removing limitations so that we can get to enjoying life sooner than not. Emotional distress does not have to last-Let's shorten it! Confusion does not have to last- let's clarify it! Let's get to a better feeling place while working together with life, awakening to every sign pointing to our highest good and enjoy the journey.

I enjoy the process of guiding people into a better awareness of themselves, which I believe is the key to any change manifesting in any circumstance. I love providing an objective view with a knowledge base of psychology, spirituality, deep listening, and intuition.

Coaching is a calling that I have recognized throughout my career changes. It has been the essence of all the work that I have done across professions working with diverse populations. I recognize myself as a student of Life and have been a resource for deep listening and fulfilling conversations that have allowed friends, co-workers, and family to experience a grounding that alleviates pressures in their life circumstances as they find new ways of showing up more aligned and willing to live more authentic course of actions.

About the lesson

An initial intake form is provided for my clients to help them communicate a focus for our discussion and for any history or updates to be shared. Presentation of the Client Agreement for Coaching must be signed prior to the start of services.

I work with young adults to mature adults, romantic partnerships and employee work teams.

Use all of your senses; You can sense alignment.

I am always fond of aha! moments experienced between my clients and me which can pivot how a circumstance is perceived and when new awareness is conceived.
