About Rachel

Rachel Davidson is over a 1000 hours Trained in Yoga. She's worked as a yoga and meditation teacher bringing bliss, healing, strength, & empowrment to students around the world since 2009.

Rachel is passionate about bringing health, mindfulness, emotional intelligence, and functional movement into people's homes and hearts. For over 10 years Rachel has worked with beginners to advanced athletes, individuals recovering from injuries, rehabilitating post op, and senior yogis.

Rachel is currently a teacher at Yoga Works and has brought yoga to companies such as Amazon, E-Harmony, JSF Financial, Manela & Co. more.

Rachel is a licensed Life Coach. She studied coaching in NYC with Accomplishment Coaching. Are you excited to step outside their comfort zone and create the life they dream? Then Rachel is the coach for you!

Rachel loves people and exploring what brings them joy and what lights them up. Rachel dedicated her life to heal her trauma and empowering her essence. Now she is passionate about supporting others in finding their own inner peace, bliss, and inner and outer strength. Rachel believes that there is no greater joy than human connection and this is why she spends her time investing in learning about each client and how she can serve them best on their path to living a fulfilling life.

About the lesson

I work primarily will people who are interested in improving their lives. Are curious and open to enhancing their breath, their bodies, their mindsets and their relationships (to themselves and others).

i take a holistic approach to wellbeing and my clients are typically high achievers who want to cultivate inner peace and work life balance.

After trying several different coaches with little success, I tried a few sessions with Rachel and have been pleasantly surprised! I found Rachel to be just the right amount of compassionate without being coddling. She really kept me accountable with what I wanted to do, but without making me feel bad or incomplete when I came up short of my expectations. Even when I had a misstep or set unrealistic expectations for myself, Rachel has a great way to get me back on track and focused. Do yourself a favor and try a free session, you’ll be glad you did!
