About Sabrina
I am proud to offer a highly individualized and holistic approach to health and wellness, that is guaranteed to fit into your life. I believe that every human has the inner ability to heal and be whole, and the right to live a happy and fulfilled life. As a life coach I aim to empower my clients to find their own unique way in life, to develop coping strategies and life skills, and to gain insight as well as resilience. The goal to support clients improving their health encouraged me to specialize in mindfulness, psycho-education, and experiential coaching. I hold a BA in Health Management as well as a MA in Psychology. Over the last decade I primarily worked with families, couples and parents to help them improve their communication, self-care and relationships.
