About Christina

I bring yoga to the people, for the people, by the people, meeting them in the space of where they are right now. Every experience is intended to empower our students to connect to the inner teacher and strengthen from the inside out. You will feel physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually transformed in your practice. I am a 200hr E-RYT YACEP global yoga instuctor. I lead yoga retreats locally and globally and host local yoga events peppered with surprises of live music, supporting our community outreach efforts, bringing yoga to the people in communities all over. I teach Chair yoga, Trauma conscious yoga, Hatha yoga, and beginner to advanced yoga.

I am very passionate about seeing lives transformed through the gift of service and yoga. Traveling the world and being able to see a higher truth that shines as we peel back the layers of this discovery through our practice. I enjoy connecting with pepople, places, and adventure, as well as teaching and embracing culture. I believe God lives in all beings and if you can't see God in everything, you can't see God at all. We are exchanging energy, and it is a vital tool to be able to survive and share knowledge and gifts. I enjoy doing that the most through the practice of yoga.

I had a passion to see healing and transformation in the world and with having a desire to see lives changed and travel the world, I decided to start teaching.

I have 2 seperate 200hr RYT Certifications from two different lineages of yoga. Bhakti yoga and Hatha Vinyasa Yoga. I also have been certified in Chair yoga as well as Connected Warriors Yoga on two seperate occassions with two certifications in Trauma conscious instruction. I continue to deepen my studies with Ayurveda practices and embark on periodic immersions and workshops to ensure I am fluent on the current practices to share the newest developments with my students.

About the lesson

I enjoy speaking and if available, meeting with the student first for a consultation to go over what they would like to get accomplished. Goals, ideas of their practice, what limitations they have, etc. We then set up a time frame of what will work for them, a schedule, if we need to discuss nutrition, and commitments. We set up our payments and get all the administrative distractions out of the way. Everything else from that point on, is focused completely on their needs and what we will embark upon for their journey.

I work with students from all walks of life. From students with disabilities, in wheelchairs, Parkinsons disease, PTSD, veterans, to the advanced yogi, begginner yogi, students suffering from accidents, to recovery and everything in between. Yoga is for everyone, and I am able to bring that practice to you.

Ask a lot of questions and seek out the right energy. You will know your teacher, when you feel he/ she is right for you.

Growing the yoga community of New Orleans, La to what it is now and being able to host transformational Yoga mission trips around the world. As well as being a Wayfarer for Wanderlust New Orleans, La and Stratton, Vt.

All the details for my pricing is on my website (concealed information) and my students are able to sign up, book, and purchase packages directly online through mindbody. They are able to call me directly as well, (concealed information) and I am able to walk them through the process and work out group and couple rates.
