About Julie
I teach one on one the art and science of meditation and work with people on stress management and mindfulness, often using yoga as a foundation. I am a certified yoga instructor. My charge is $95 per hour. First time customers get the second session for $20.
I have been teaching mind body methods for 20 years individually, in seminars and classes in the tristate area. I currently teach in my Milford office. A free phone conversation is important to see if we are a good fit. I can travel for a fee.
I enjoy helping people find what works for THEM as far as mind/body work. This is definatley different than a $15 yoga class. If you'd like to dive deeper to uncover a little more happiness with your body and mind, give me a call. (concealed information)
