Hola, buenos días Karen, ayer fue un día esclarecedor de lo que están hechos mis pensamientos yo creía que mi intención no era mala, pero tenía grietas por toda la estructura del lenguaje haciéndome creer que lo hacía bien y estaba todo en orden. Karen is a free-spirited person and a strong conviction of connecting with the person. She shared an environment of openness, fun and understanding with empathetic heart. With these qualities she has, it makes me feel comfortable and easier to speak out the very deep troubled emotions and thoughts that I have. She guides me to see the different side of the problem that enables me the get clarity and better understanding. And able to come up a solution in a healthy perspective way. I highly recommend her.

My experience with Karen has been that she asks great questions and has several methods to help you discover your needs and how to work on them. Through her questioning and guidance, she puts you in control of your personal development and then helps to keep you accountable to your process. Finally, I also believe that at the end of each session you have a takeaway to work on and a clear plan to do so. I believe Karen really knows what she is doing as a life coach practitioner.

Karen is a wonderful coach and I have learned so many tools to help me move forward in achieving my goals. She really listens, shows that she cares about what is going on, and asks a lot of questions that helped me figure out where to start. I really appreciate and respect her accountability. In our sessions, she was motivated and committed to helping me succeed and she also expected me to show up and be just as committed to myself. With life being so busy and challenging, it can be easy to fall off track and lose focus. Karen helped me to stay true to my commitments while also helping me break down my goals into small, achievable steps so that I do not get overwhelmed by the process (which is very easy for me to do!). I really felt like she was by my side through the process while making sure I was the one doing the work for myself. While we focused on my own personal goals mostly, Karen also provided space for me to talk about how I can be supportive of my husband as he works to achieve his goals, which have also helped him and our marriage greatly. Karen is truly amazing!
