About Sandi

I'm a very no-nonsense Coach. I talk initially with the client to help determine what type of coaching, whether it be a one-time strategy session, private coaching or group coaching would work best for them versus just assuming they will get the best results from what I decide.

I am very goal-driven, yet have worked with clients for years to achieve some of them! There are really no quick-fixes for life, it's hard work, but I like to make it fun and achievable!

Helping other achieve their success! Watching them grow and learn and truly BELIEVE in themselves. And to see them step into who they are, and create a life they want to live passionately!

I love seeing people have those Aha moments and do something they never thought they could! I enjoy when a client makes even the tiniest shift and sees things more clearly and can enjoy their job more, their staff more, their family more.

I have been helping clients with strategic planning for over 24 years. In a sense, I've been "coaching" them with a focus on marketing and business strategies.

I made the transition into 100% coaching in 2010 to help people start, grow and not-give-up-on their business, career and goals.

I am an ICG certified coach and have been an Entrepreneur for over 25 years.

About the lesson

Initially I like to meet for coffee or talk by phone to understand what is happening in their life and if we are a good fit for each other.

Then, I traditionally like to do what I refer to as a Stepping Stones™ Strategy Session first. This is a half-day meeting where we do a brainstorming/braindump session to discuss past, present and future. We talk about habits, likes, dislikes, goals, failures, successes and what they want out of life. The client will go away with homework, and then we'll talk again and then determine the next steps; whether that is private coaching or join one of my monthly groups. I have even created accountability check-ins based on their specific needs.

I've worked with acctuaries, P.h.D's, research scientists who weren't sure what to do with their degree, weren't sure if it was what they wanted to do, and even some that didn't know how to get a job - needed to learn to network and interview. So a great deal of "life" and "big decision" skills.

I have clients of all ages, from recent graduates to ones trying to figure out what to do for the next five years when they want to retire.

Have a conversation with the potential coach5, whether in-person or on the phone FIRST to talk about what's going on and get a sense of if your personalities will mesh.

There are a great deal of coaches out there, so don't settle! (But I am pretty good! LOL!)

I just had a client meeting with a woman who is an Artist. Recently we were working on her business plan and developing her plan of action to increase exposure and business in general, and she mentioned the "live painting" events she had been doing and didn't think about those being an actual part of her business, let alone the income potential and how to market herself to get more of them.

We created a game plan for her to work on!

Private monthly coaching: $500/mo (3 mo committment)

Monthly Peer & Accountabilty coaching groups: $300 for 6-month program (in-person only)
