About Shayna
I have a holistic approach to wellness. Through studying and practicing yoga and meditation for the past ten years, I have learned many techniques to tackle stress management, flexibility, injury/pain, and other areas using various tools including breath, movement, and mindset.
Yoga Chita Vritti Nirodahah = Yoga is the cessation of the fluctuations of the mind. Yoga is so much more than a movement based practice. Movement is only one of the eight parts of yoga. Some of the others are breathwork, concentration, meditation, and observation. I love doing this work because it gives results every time. Yoga is a completely life transformational practice when utilized correctly.
