About Mat
I am the founder of Aurora Healing Arts, a center in downtown Gainesville Florida that specializes in mind, body and spiritual health and wellness. We have everything from yoga and meditation to dance to women circles, plant-based medicine ceremonies, sound healing and much more. Please check us out at thehearttribe.com

I try to live in a holistic manner and when working with the student, I try to approach things in a holistic mindset there as well. Balance of the body, mind, and spirit, are of the it most importance. It is my intention to listen in an empathic manner and really hear what people are looking to achieve. I think that we can be creative about this and experience some results.
