About Leah
Life coaching....in order to get the best out of YOUR life. The best way to do this is to stay HEALTHY by eating and exercising in a healthy matter.
I teach my clients how to eat and exercise to reach their needs and their goals. Whether it is weight loss, weight gain, a need to fit an aesthetic standard, a desire to learn how to be bealthy... or something totally different, I am here to teach you HOW.
You will never be deprived by my methods, and while sometimes it may be "hard work" you'll hardly notice...especially once you start noticing the BENEFITS!

As a dancer I have felt the need to fall within the aesthetic standards...yet still maintain peak physical condition. The only way to make this work is figuring out what foods and exercise plan works best for your body without leaving you tired and de-energized. If I struggled with it...so do many others.
As a nutritionist and health&fitness coach I cringe whenever i hear about another "fad" diet that promises quick results, but leaves you in a horrible diet loophole without peace. With my services you will learn to leave the dieting mentality behind and become the best YOU possible!
Nutrition/Body Conditioning
I am a nutritionist and have nearly finished getting my MS in integrative and functional nutrition.
I have been working with clients for over 3 years.
Ballet
I currently teach ballet at both a recreational and pre-professional level. I am trained in various styles including Vaganova, RAD, and Balanchine and primarily use the Vaganova method in my classes and private lessons.
