About Cathy
I work with students to help them understand their unique set of strengths and talents. I use the Gallup StrengthsFinder assessment to identify natural themes of talent and then we talk about the best way to use the information when choosing careers, interviewing and building relationship capital.
I also teach at Columbus State University in Columbus, GA in the Servant Leadership Master's program teaching students how to incorporate coaching skills into their leadership styles.
Both coaching and StrengthsFinder are essential resources for one to understand themselves as well as creating powerful conversations to affect change and progress.
My undergrad is in Health Science from MUSC and my graduate degree is in Management from Regent University. I am credentialed with the International Coach Federation.

We begin with a 15 minute phone-call to determine need and fit. After that, the student takes the StrengthsFinder assessment and we meet to discuss the student's results.
If interested in Life & Leadership coaching, we begin with a 15 minute discovery call that determines the interest and need for a coach. Based on what we discover, we move forward with an agreement.
