About Jessica
Helping you to cultivate more happiness and fulfilment in your life by developing personalised strategies, behaviours & habits to help you reach your desired goals.
When I work with you, I am your biggest cheerleader, wanting you wholeheartedly to succeed at achieving your goals. I will provide you with the tools, knowledge and insights needed to create a personalised plan of action that when followed, will enable you to achieve your desired outcome. I will personally guide you and hold you accountable as much or as little as you like.
Pain is inevitable but suffering is a choice .
Tony Robbins
If you're currently suffering, feeling as though you're not showing up as the best version of yourself, knowing that there are negative patterns of behaviour showing up but you're not sure why you have them or how to change them, please know that we are more in charge of our own happiness than you think. We have the power to change our patterns of thinking, our behaviour, our habbits, our life ... and I can't wait to be alongside you on that discovery.
If you're interested in us working together, I encourage you to send me any questions you may have and to book a free 20min (no pressure or commitment) consultation call. I have been in the same situation as you before, looking for someone to coach me, someone who I can trust and be vulnerable with but who I don't yet know, so the consultation call gives you an opportunity for us to get to know each other and for you to get a feel for coaching, and if it's right for you.
