Rose is an excellent yoga instructor, considering everyone's needs and abilities. She plays the best music for a deep, spiritual and relaxing practice and I always come away feeling wonderful and ready for the day!! She offers so much more than yoga with inspirational readings, wellness suggestions and aromatherapy oils, so all of our senses are heightened.
