About Chris

I help Christian leaders and entrepreneurs design GREAT lives and develop GREAT organizations through faith-based personal coaching and leadership training so they experience higher levels of fulfillment and success.

I have been a pastor for 20+ years and a leadership coach/speaker/trainer in the business world since 2015.

- Bachelor of Science in Christian Ministry and Bible

- 20+ years of ministry experience as a youth and executive pastor

- Certified coach/speaker/trainer with the John Maxwell Team in the areas of leadership training and personal development

- Certified coach/speaker/trainer with the Igniting Souls Team in the areas of identity, purpose, and career direction

- SCORE volunteer as a trainer and mentor to organizational leaders in the areas of leadership development and human performance

About the lesson

I schedule a 20-30-minute introductory call to ensure that prospective clients and I are good fits for each other. If a fit is established, we put together a customized coaching plan. Typically, a personal coaching agreement lasts a minimum of 6 months with two bi-weekly calls. This allows time for the client to process and work through session "assignments" or next steps between calls.

Igniting Souls Conference, which is held each October in Columbus, OH. My coach, Kary Oberbrunner, hosts this annual conference for authors, coaches, speakers, trainers, and business leaders. It is inspirational, motivational, and offers workshops and main sessions that help with practical, tactical elements of building and leading in our businesses. It helps us develop our personal brands so that we are a good match for our clients.
