About Molly

As a Leadership and Personal Development Coach, my mission is to support you in creating & realizing your unique purpose. Sometimes we get stuck on our path, and need encouragement and accountability - that's where I come in.

With my twenty years of professional experience leading technical and analytic teams, I've walked the talk, built amazing teams, led with heart, and encouraged very smart individuals to work magic.

I am a Credentialed Coach through the International Coach Federation and is a graduate of Fielding Graduate University's Evidence Based Coaching Program. I'm also a trained facilitator of the Immunity to Change methodology through Harvard professors Bob Kegan & Lisa Lahey. I earned my Master of Science degree in Demography/Social Science from the University of Southern California.

I have been informally coaching throughout my career as a leader in healthcare strategy and analytics. I realized that it was the part of my job that I loved the most - the part that gave me so much satisfaction. Working with individuals to design the future path, and then see them get there, is incredibly satisfying work!

I am Credentialed through the Internaional Coaching Federation. I received my graduate certificate in Evidence-Based Coaching from Fielding Graduate University, one of the highest regarded programs in preparing professionals to coach. Along with my 20+ year career, I have a masters of science degree in social science from the University of Southern California.

About the lesson

We will meet by phone to discuss what you are looking to get out of coaching. What are your goals? Will working with a coach be a valuable use of your time and resources?

If we're a go, then we will schedule our first formal coaching call. I will ask you to answer some questions before that call, to help you better articulate your goals, and for me to get to know you better.

From there, we'll outline a plan of action and then we'll as regularly as needed (usually week or every other week)

I have worked primarily with individuals who are trying to make choices about next steps in their lives and work.

Anyone can call themself a coach. That's why it is critical that the coach you hire is credentialed through the International Coaching Federation, which is the standard-bearer for coaching ethics and competencies. I would not have been adequately prepared to take on the responsibility of being a coach, had I not completed my graduate studies and gone through the credentialing process.

One of the very satisfying experiences I had recently was observing a senior leader in an organization make a conscious change about how she was going to engage with her employees. She recognized that she was perceived as uncaring and hurried, when in actuality, she really cared about and wanted to connect with her staff. Think of the difference this has made for all the people in her organization - now seeing a senior leader who is engaged and cares.
