About William
Hi my name is Billy. I am a biologist living in San Diego and enjoy surfing, nature, and music in my free time. Music has always been a big part of my life. My dad played guitar and sang in folk groups and my mom followed bands in the 60’s. I have been playing guitar and jamming with friends for over ten years mostly teaching myself music.
I started playing the blues and became interested in Jazz. My favorite artists are Santana, Jimi Hendrix, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Derek Trucks, and George Benson. I look forward to teaching guitar.
