About Jason
Greetings! With over 15 years of teaching experience, and a background in mental health social work, I have developed a method of teaching which both challenges and pushes students to work hard, while being emotionally supportive and creating a relaxed and comfortable setting. My goal is to blend the need for a dedicated and serious approach with the concept that learning music should also be enjoyable and fun. I have taught students from age 5 up to 80 years of age, and work to personalize my approach with each student based on their interests, goals, and ability. I absolutely love music and learning about music, and want to share my passion and knowledge with any who feel the same. While it is not listed elsewhere in my profile, I also teach Ukulele and Baritone Ukulele.
