I will relate to you on your level and tailor your lessons to what you need to hear. I combine that with honest feed back that will help you improve. I don't beat around the bush.
My over-all goal is to help you become the best possible version of yourself. If I can help you achieve that, I would consider that to be my greatest succes
I (in gernal) working with people.
I was very lucky to be taught my skills by very strong leaders and musicians. They believed in me when no one else would. Now, I want to do the same for anyone who's looking for it.
Seeing people improve their leaderhsip ability or musical ability is something I would consider priceless. Seeing someone have a break-through with someone on their team or master a guitar riff for the first time; that's what I enjoy most about this.
