About John
Hi! I'm John McClain. I've been teaching guitar for decades. I love to teach beginners and also specialize in classical guitar (acoustic) and rock guitar (electric) for more advanced students. I teach out of my house in Long Beach CA. I am patient, kind and do my best to help students reach their musical goals (and have fun doing it) rather than force them to learn what I think they should know. If you have dreams of playing the guitar, or playing better, I'd love to work with you.
