About Daniel
Acoustic/Electric Guitar Lessons for Beginner and Intermediate level Guitar players of all ages!
You will learn:
- Basic Music Theory (Scales, Chords, Modes, and 12 bar blues)
- Learn to read music and guitar tablature (this helps if you want to learn songs by other artists or even to compose your own songs)
- Improvisation techniques for jam sessions
- How to use your ears to not only learn songs but to jam with others at any given time!
- How to write songs (Music is about CREATIVE FREEDOM. I encourage students to create as much as possible and I will guide them in this as much as I can)
- Learn your favorite songs by your favorite bands so you can show your friends and family.
***All the student needs to bring is his or her own instrument. Acoustic guitar and/or Electric guitar with their own amplifier. I have a practice amplifier that I can bring, however, I will not bring an extra guitar for the student.***
About Me:
- I am a 29 year old musician. I have been playing the guitar since the age of 13. However, I can also play Bass Guitar, Keyboads/Piano, Drums and Vocals.
- I have been trained in Music Theory, Blues and Classical Guitar from Westminster Choir College.
- I write my own music and perform weekly at various open mics and clubs. I am in bands and have experience in writing songs.
- I am willing to teach aspiring guitar players of any age!
My Goal:
-I want to teach beginners and intermediate level guitar players regardless of age. This is a perfect opportunity for Middle and High School Students to learn to play guitar after school and during summers.
- I am also willing to travel to: North Las Vegas, Henderson
The only thing you would need to bring is your own guitar (acoustic or electric with your own amplifier).
