Mr. Ricketts, teaches very well, and will teach at whatever pace you need and/or want. I am 15 years old and I had never picked up a guitar before being taught by him, and now I can't put it down. I have been in lessons for 9 months and I love it and keep growing more and more in my ability and I play well. I help lead worship at my school elem. assemblies on Thursday mornings. Mr. Rickets has been a phenomenal guitar teacher for my 7 year old son. My son began playing with Mr. Rickets at 6 and not only is he learning ear training and can identify chords, major and minors but Mr. Ricketts has helped my son write and put to chords original songs. My son can play a handful of songs he wrote about super heroes, God and more. He always looks forward to lessons. Mr. Ricketts is awesome with kids and has an amazing gift of teaching music!
