About Robert
I can tell when the training is correctly adjusted by the students' level of confidence. There is always an "ah-ha!" moment when it first comes together .. then another when trainees have reached certification.
I vowed a long time ago to never cut corners where safety and authenticity where at stake. For this reason, it can(and has been) said that I push the standards. I try to give my trainees an extra measure of confidence in whatever their goal are.
Over the course of my life's works, it has been the natural course that I eventually moved up to the training level wherever I worked.

For Me "working along side" a student is most effective. Questions can be asked and answered in a comfortable & casual manner which expedites learning.
The most important aspect of instruction/learning is "why?" and I always encourage my trainees to ask? When the reason(s) for a process or requirement are made clear, the lesson is usually successful.

Standard Training Rate: $41 hr with a 1 hour day minimum followed by 15 min segments @$10.
