About Kathleen
Music has been my passion for my entire life. From church choirs, to the Cleveland Symphony Orchestra Choir I have enjoyed singing. I currently have three bands Celtic Echoes, Silverwood, and Celtic Ensemble. We play a variety of genres and perform for events all over town. My partner Jim has made his' life's work to play music in all styles: classic rock, bluegrass, old time, Celtic, pop, and pretty much everything else. We would love to work with you and help you realize your passion for music.

We meet and go over what you are hoping to learn. There is a broad range of options and I am happy to custom the experience. Young students start out in the beginning books. I am a very loving but also a very strict teacher. Music will be more enjoyable for you if you learn the basics, so I make sure you get a good foundation in music theory along with your lessons. I perform professionally and so I can add that dimension to your learning process.
