About Melissa
I have been playing guitar for 25 years and giving lessons for 5 years. I offer students the comfort and ease of taking guitar lessons online. You don't even have to leave your house! I am currently enrolled at Berklee College of Music online the in the Guitar Skills Certificate.
I enjoy giving guitar lessons because I get to see students learn something new or improve on their skills. Guitar is a passion of mine and I like sharing it with others.
I am currently enrolled in the Berklee College of Music Online Guitar Skills Certificate. The courses include Guitar Chords, Guitar Scales, and Getting Your Guitar Sound.

My approach to teaching guitar is to start out with the basics and build from there. Within the first few lessons, you’ll be able to pick notes and play simple songs and as time goes on you’ll be able to strum and play intermediate level songs. You will also learn music theory along the way. I specialize in classic rock and pop music
I have worked with students ages 9-65.
