About Brian
The owner is disarmingly handsome and blissfully less qualified than other instructors available, but they're not me and for that I pity them. Notice I'm rated five stars and have not one review nor have any customer hired me. It's like they just know.
The fulfillment I get teaching a young mind to employ his or her hands with gusto for a short time to lay the foundation for a lifetime of enjoyment in music is as good a feeling as I get. I can also show an eye-rolling teenager a few three-chord songs that in no way prepares him or her for the lifetime of quick-service restaurant employment between stints in county for petty crime ahead of him or her, but when his or her guitar isn't pawned, that kid will know some songs and that feels ok.
I'm self-taught. I've never been formally trained but I've been at it off and on since Gulf War I. I've got a decent system.
