About Lilliana
My goal is to find what motivates my students and use that to help them accomplish and learn their chosen instrument(s). I've been playing music live for almost five years and have been on plenty of stages in the DFW area. I also used to intern at a music school and help with the younger children so all ages are welcome!
I got started teaching after I'd been playing for a couple years and people who knew I played would ask me to teach their kids/nieces/nephews/ect...
I am self taught from both books and by ear!

I'd see what the student already knows or doesn't know about their instrument(s) and determine from there where we should start. There's no use in starting from the beginning if they already have a grasp on music. After I've established what level the student is on, we'll work on learning in different ways to see which best fits the student. First lessons are always great for both parties to ask questions! (Questions are encouraged all the time!)
