About Brett
I have 40 years of playing experience, and 30 years of teaching experience. I've played in France, Russia, Canada, and Mexico, and my students have gone on to great success, wether that be in their school band programs, or in orchestras and touring bands.
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Music Education, and a Master's degree in Jazz Performance.

I like to see where a student is in their skills, and find out what their goals are. Then we work on a combination of shoring up the weak spots and increasing their strengths, and we also make sure to find time to just play and learn the kind of music they want to play. If my student just wants to play in a ska band, that's where we go!
