Betsy at FitGolf Performance Center is the missing link for any golfer trying to improve their golf game or just feel better. As a former long distance runner and very avid golfer, I have worked with Betsy for many years on various injuries and the compensations that have resulted. Betsy knows how the human body works and how it relates to playing better golf. She has helped me with physical therapy and with exercises that have helped me to move better and perform better. I would highly recommend FitGolf Performance Center.

Betsy is a pro. Through her thorough physical evaluation & development of a customized program I have been able to play more effective golf . I cannot say enough good things about this program!!!!
