Teaching should be fun . Both the teacher n student should enjoy..
However if syllabus is required to followed then it will b not a problem.
Also revision and test will b given to check students progress and performance.of course the yearly exams are priority

Learning must b interesting.. but results orientated..
Taught business studies..secretarial students.. for a total of 10 years..
Lessons will b about 45 minutes each.. one week about two times.
For younger children.. a bit of drama will b put in the class plus some music.
For older children.. will add in drama and some English literature.
I am a qualified accountant with the chartered management accountants UK..(fcma). But teaching is a passion n hobby.
Also a Sunday school teacher for 11 year old..
