About Keith
I am a former professional baseball player.1994-2000.left-handed pitcher.I played 7 years in the minor leagues.IMy highest level of experience is high A in the California league.I was drafted in the 22nd round 601 player selected overall and the 22nd player drafted by the California angels.I was really raw and had to learn so much and work really hard just to be in a uniform the 95 season which was the next season.In 1995 I made the rookie league all-star team.My mechanic's where really terrible coming out of High school and had to learn from the ground up.From my delivery and from the stretch.I was taught how to repeat my mechanics and had to break the mechanics down in 5 steps.plus learn the mental game that is so much more important than the delivery balance release point breathing and learning a routine.Taking care of my arm, working out, stretching.An so much more.I don't know it all and baseball is a game of learning something new on a daily basis.But if given the opportunity.I know I can help improve your child's development in to a better pitcher and overall skills on the mound and on the field.I love the game of baseball and teaching kids how to do things the right way.
