About Mitchell

Hey everyone!! My name is Mitchell Holmes or Coach Mitch. A little bit about my self, I grew up in Michigan, playing Football at Hudsonville High School. I’ve played quite a few positions I started off as a Safety and as I got bigger moved to Linebacker and then eventually settled in on the D-Line. My offensive positions included Fullback and then moved to running back. I’ve had a good coaching career that started in Hopkins, Michigan. I coached many age groups in my 5 years there. In 2018 the opportunity came to move to Texas as my family all moved here between 2015 and 2017. I got the itch… I had the itch to coach since I moved here and finally the opportunity presented itself to Coach 6th grade Football in Allen, where I coach D-line. Over the course of my coaching career I’ve had the opportunity to coach multiple different positions including QB’s, RB’s, and O-line and on the defensive side of the ball, Defensive line, and defensive ends. I’m very passionate about the game of football, it taught me many things about life had a persevere when things aren’t going right they taught me about adversity, discipline, effort, he taught me about brotherhood and another team is always more important than the individual. I believe in doing fundamentals and techniques correctly. Conditioning is very important to me as well as health and nutrition. To make sure the athletes that work with me are the best that they can be. I want to see every player. I work with not only succeed on the field, but succeed in life.
