About Kevin
I specialize in lower back injuries relating to L4,L5,S1 intervertebral compressions. Use a combination of facilitated stretching, postural correction, and balance techniques.
Build strength through dynamic trunk stabilization.
This is a combination of lower back and abdominal exercises that are performed based on individual clients needs.
Will teach proper weight lifting technique in accordance with correct posture.
I teach complete fitness, stretching/flexibility, core strength(abs and lower back), cardio drills for weight loss, and weight lifting to increase metabolism.
