About Robin
I am an Initutive Mind Body Wellness Coach. I teach mind body balance techniques that help individuals connect to the restorative healing energy source within them through strategic movements, meditation and mindfulness practices.
I love the work I do because it is great and beneficial for individuals in 4 key areas of their life and gives them the tools they need to show up as their best self.

3. Allows you to find balance to unlock the joy in your life.
4. Gives you tools to manage your stress more effectively for a healthier happier you!
I am a certified Wellness Coach and a RYS 200 hr Yoga Alliance Instructor. I am also an educator, fitness instructor, choreographer and have worked in counseling and ministry for over 25 years.
Helping people connect to their beautiful authentic selves is my passion and purpose. It's what I do!
