About Yhomara
We help our customers lead healthier, happier lives through aerobic dance and strength training. Our instructors encourage customers to work to their own level and achieve their personal best. All of our instructors are trained and certified to demonstrate both high and low impact aerobics and strength training. We deliver a consistent, high-quality fitness program that uses current music and professionally designed choreography and strength moves. We love what we do! Our classes are fun and upbeat! Our instructors welcome new students into our Jazzercise family. They give clear cues and directions throughout the class. Our fitness routines are easy to learn; students catch on fast! Our instructors are also available to answer student questions and they encourage students to modify routines to fit their own fitness level.
