I tailor fit my instruction to each pupil. This approach, coupled with high expectations and a deep content knowledge, earns student trust and highlights how much I care. Students trust educators who care. Students trust me.
I enjoy earning enough pupil trust to get them to take risks, to fail with the content we're learning. True learning only happens in this space. I also enjoy crafting content and instruction that engages students. So much of teaching is sales--I relish selling pupils on each day's instruction.
