About Shelagh
With demonstrated successes leading English instruction for native and non-native English speakers, I am confident that my experience makes me an ideal tutor of English Language Arts and Literature.
I have proven experience in IGSCE, AS/A-Level, IBDP English, and IBMYP Language Acquisition.
As the Head of the Department of Secondary Languages at Lusaka International Community School, I revamped the English department and streamlined the department’s activities and goals.
I proactively seek out opportunities to serve as a mentor and coach to students and staff and have experience working with at-risk students requiring elevated levels of attention, patience, and instruction.
