I understand that learning is not a "One Size Fits All" situation therefore, I enjoy working alongside the student to find out what really is needed in order for them to succeed.

I first like to conference with their adult to get any insight they can offer about the child's particular need . I then like to talk with the student to get a feel for what they have to say. From there, build a game plan .
Mostly 4-6 graders but will make exceptions.
