About Leia
I have been a tutor to students of different ages and levels for more than five years now. My tutoring methods embrace growth mindset and individuality when it comes to learning styles. There is no one way of learning and I taylor my teaching methods to what my students need from me. I am confident that with my help, you can achieve the goals that you're striving for.
I am currently a college student myself and engage in the same setting as most of the people I tutor which means that I am familiar with the content and methods my students are being taught. I have taken many AP classes and gotten no less than a 5 in any of them. I have also aced multiple college level writing classes that help me better my teaching.

I like to get to know my students and take a little bit of time learning about how they like to approach their learning. Not everybody can spend hours on their homework and they just need help trying to figure out a system that will address their learning needs. It is important to me to establish a good learning environment and in order for that to happen, the teaching has to be centered on what the student feels is an effective method of learning.
I am consistently working with students in nursery school through college. I can help you with reading or essay writing.
