About Anna
I currently teach middle school English (ELA) in a Christian school. I love teaching reading because literature can grow your empathy, it can give you more context to understand the world around you or the history behind you, and it can help you see yourself in a better light. Usually around middle school, students switch from "learning to read" to "reading to learn," so I want to help them move past anything that would keep them from making that transition.
I am certified to teach 4th-8th grade English Language Arts, and I teach6th and 7th grade English in a private school.
