About Juliet
The main concept is the blended learning approach. That means, students will be given access to my specially designed self study materials where they will practice at home by checking pronunciations, learning new vocabulary and some functional languages. During the lessons, students practice what they learned and make the language a part of them. It’s not about studying just to write a test but making it applicable in real life situations.For young learners, I make good use of flashcards, animated PowerPoints, videos and thrilling games to boost their interest and confidence during lessons. Here, students speak. For teenagers and hound adults, I make use of videos, debatable topics which require the use of functional languages as well as communicative topics which interest students and challenge them to do more. Exciting and competitive games like Kahoot, quizlet, gimkit, just to mention a few are available to aid students in practicing. The exciting aspect is that students will gain knowledge in technology aside the learning of English because everything is built on the concept of technology and Education. There are great motivational systems to challenge students to do more.
The fact that students are able to understand the language I communicate and improve their accents with time gives me so much joy as a native speaker.
