About Minnie
When I was hired as an English Teacher in one of the American Curriculum School in Saudi Arabia, I was teaching Grade 1 students. And after a week some of the parents came to the school to see the principal just to thank me because they were happy and satisfied that their children became responsible regarding their studies.
I enjoyed teaching the students not simply as their teacher but as a mother as well.
The Principal from the school that I mentioned is the one who offered me and hired to work with them as an English Teacher for the 1st Grade.
I am a Bachelor of Arts Major in Economics. And I am a mother that I believe before my children go to school they should learn first at home.

First of all, I want to make sure that he/she and I will get to know each other, be friendly with them, and make sure that they feel comfortable with me.
I worked and taught Grade 1 students, and was a substitute teacher for different grades.
I would advise a student to be a home buddy so that the student and the teacher won't feel uncomfortable so that they can have a smooth course.
As a teacher who loves to teach students, after a full school year and then I needed to move to another country with my family. I felt so bad because I saw my students are so sad that they found out that I'm leaving the school.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Students should greet them politely and ask in a nice way what they are going to learn for today or on a daily basis during the tutorial.
