About Meghan
We are both college educated. I am a first grade teacher and my husband is about to be a high school English teacher! We are both passionate about education and would love to help any student in need. Especially during this time when schools are not in session.
I started out substitute teaching and then earned my credential from CSU Los Angeles and got hired on at an elementary school as a first grade teacher.
I am going on my third year as a first grade teacher.

First I like to get to know my students to really figure out what their strengths and weaknesses are.
I've worked with English language learners as well as students with autism.
Look for a teacher with high expectations and who is kind and passionate about learning!
My first day back at school was on Thursday over zoom. It's a bummer not to be able to be there in person right now but it made me so happy to see all of my new students faces and to be able to get to know them over zoom.
