About Ian
It is my passion to teach children to become proficient in all areas of life, so that they are prepared to enter the world upon graduation and be respected by society. I seek to help form the future of our soceity to be strong leaders, and their education is one of the ways I can help children reach their goals. I work specifically in the areas of English writing and literature, as well as the higher mathematics and the sciences. I am currently in the process of publishing my works in the area of poetry and other writing I have completed. I have also worked in a cancer research lab and plan to continue my employment there as I continue to work in the sciences.

When I receive a new student, I will spend the first appointment gauging how much the student knows and what areas they need help in. I will then make a tentative plan to start working through during the next appointment. During the next few appointments, I will continue to guage the students knowledge and change the plan as needed.
I work mostly with high-school students though I am also willing to take on students who are currently in grade school.
