About Kate
Hello! I am a social worker in Bangor seeking to provide tutoring assistance amongst the extra challenges that Covid-19 has posed. I am currently completing my Master's of Social Work at the University of Maine, after completing my Honors B.A. in Public Policy and Women's & Gender Studies at the University of North Carolina in 2017.
I believe in full disclosure, and I have never actually provided tutoring services. However, I do have extensive experience in case management and working with children with behavioral, mental, and developmental challenges. Additionally, I have long loved education and believe that I had the necessary skills and priorities to be an excellent tutor.
