About Kim
I have over 18 years teaching experience with students in grade pre-5. Most of my experience is with special education and struggling students.
After working in a classroom all day I find it very rewarding being able to work one on one with students and watch them grow and learn.

I feel it is important to get to know young children, their likes and dislikes. I usually have a new student read or write something for me depending on the skills we are working on. After that I usually talk to the parents about what I saw and how I think I can help their child.
