About James
The tutor and the pupil should be a team. The pupil must feel free to ask questions. No question is stupid. If it was the student would probably not have asked it. The tutor must make it clear than no question is too trivial to ask. The student should be encouraged to ask any question. Student questions will help the tutor understand the student's problems.
Observing a student's growth and increasing confidence in self.
