About Gabriela
I've worked with preschool aged students since I was 16. My mother is an early childhood educator and care provider, and she's allowed me to work with many of her kids. I was able to be a helper at the preschool in my local high school for a year and even volunteered at my church with the kids. I completed an Early Childhood Careers course, and I'm determined to help younger kids thrive and know exactly what their teachers in school are talking about. I'm currently still attending my university pursuing further education.

Typically I'd start by introducing myself and letting the child know who I am, and I ask them questions about themselves to (example: likes and dislikes, hobbies, favorite subject in school, etc). We'd talk about a learning goal then proceed to pin point where they are at in regards to what they need help with. A plan is then made on how to reach the learning goal. I can take parent advice on what they think their child needs to work on.
I have mostly worked with kids in preschool up until the 5th grade.
Look for someone that can teach you based on what you like and what you incorporate in your daily life.
